Brass 16823 can welcome up to 500 guests across our industrial spaces. Whether you’re planning an intimate, hand-forged gathering or a full-scale, bring-the-whole-town celebration, we’ll shape the layout around your vision.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Absolutely. We don’t lock you into a single option. Choose any caterer that fits your taste, budget, and vibe. Freedom tastes good.
How does alcohol work at Brass?
We’re BYOB-friendly. Bring your favorites—beer, wine, or spirits—served by a RAMP certified bartender. Want great local recs? We’ve got you.
How long do we get the venue?
We don’t rush your day—or your weekend. Your access runs Friday at 3 PM through Sunday at 12 PM, forged intentionally to give you time to breathe, build, celebrate, and close out without chaos.
Can we have the ceremony and reception on-site?
Hold your ceremony and reception all in one beautifully crafted space, with a smooth transition into cocktails and celebration. No moving parts. No stress. Just good energy.
What about
parking?
On-site parking is included. No off-site walking, no stress.
Can we customize the space?
Completely. Florals, draping, candles, signage, custom installations—this is your canvas. We just help make sure everything is safe, smooth, and stunning.
Do you have preferred vendors?
We do—florists, caterers, DJs, photographers, and more. They know the space well, but you’re never required to use them.
How do we lock in
our date?
A signed agreement and deposit officially forge your date into our calendar. Payment plans available.
Do you require wedding liability insurance?
Yep. It’s the “just in case” safety net for your big day. A cool $1,000,000. (Don’t worry, it’s not as dramatic as it sounds.).
